Outstanding design. Holds more than my wheeled carry on, but is a backpack, allowing me to carry both. This saves me the need to check baggage. High quality craftsmanship. Innovative design. Well done guys!

A solid bag overall. However, a few gripes. The backpack/duffel carry system is cumbersome, awkward, and inefficient. The bag is simply too wide to carry comfortably as a duffel. The backpack straps are fine, although it would be great if they stowed. Having a removable shoulder strap would also be a better secondary method of carrying the bag. In this regard, the Peak Design Travel Backpack 45L is superior. The top handle is overly well padded while the bottom handle is not padded at all. Some compromise between the two extremes would be nice. There is no side handle, which makes placing the bag over a roller board handle a real chore. The side pockets are nice, and nicely laid out. That said, for the large side pocket it would be nice if each compartment was zippered, or had a velcro closure. When in backpack mode, it is too easy for pocketed items to become dislodged. The water bottle, and top/bottom shoe pockets are outstanding. Again, a solid bag overall. A few adjustments would make a 2.0 version even better.

The bag is perfect for a weekend getaway and more. Kept my laptop and iPad safe and kept all my clothes and toiletries dry. Everything stayed in place during transport. The great many zippers make everything easily accessible while carrying the backpack.

Absolutely love this bag! I cannot say enough great things about it. The compartments make for easy packing, it's very well made and I feel like the inside space is twice as big as my prior carry-on! And I still can't get over that it fits perfect in overhead bins! Can't wait to purchase my next item from this company.
