Very well designed. The stretch pockets solve the problem most non-gusseted pockets have, where the whole bag puckers up when you load up the pockets.

While stylish, compared to other bags I've owned it's very inflexible as far as space is concerned and the handle is in an unusual location and is uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. Also, the material shows dirt and scrapes very easily.
