The product is great and looks and feels durable. As far as the dents and/or scratches; I didn’t see anything major. Just little scuffs here and there.

Bag is perfect except for the right side. it sits a little uncomfortably because the strap and the right part will collapse on that side. the left side is perfectly fine, the pockets are superb and the versatility is outstanding. the right side when in backpack mode is by far my only gripe, especially if you would be wearing it for more than an hour

Very minimal scruff mark but it was as expected for a scratch and dent deal. Awesome deal since I love the nomatic bags and their durability! As a travel bag, they’re expected to go throw times of wear so the scruff mark didn’t matter to me. I was able to add another bag to my collection.

For a scratch and dent

For a scratch and dent product the bag is still in a magnificent condition. However, the strap system is missing the fastening system for duffel carry. I replaced it with a new one and it works like a charm now.
