I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!! Marks were very minimal and what was there was taken care of minimal work. Have already traveled once with my bag and it worked exactly as advertised. I’ll definitely be purchasing the 40L one next..

The initial Travel Bag came

The initial Travel Bag came with an exterior rip in the top "water bottle" compartment that looked to be due to a knife. After reaching out to the customer service team, a new bag was sent. Overall the product looks to be made of high quality material, just be aware of box cutters. I look forward to using it on business trips once the travel ban from COVID is lifted.

Love my bag (how can you not love these?)! Just slightly larger than my biggest one from them- that one fits about 4-6 days of clothes etc for me personally. This one is probably 3-4 comfortably (not that I have been anywhere to travel lately lol). Great handles. Love the pockets. Holes on vents are a little large.
