Zippers broke

I purchased this bag when they were initially launching via kickstarter. I have had it for a few years and have used it a decent amount but as a carry-on bag, not a checked bag. The bag is made from nice material and seems durable - like it claims to be - however the zipper on the main pouch is separating from the material itself. Now when I zip up the bag there are two one inch holes between the zipped zipper and the flap that closes the bag. I reached out to Nomatic but have not heard a response from them. I was initially very pleased with this company and product and raved about it to everyone I knew, but now that the durability of the product is in question and their customer service is non-responsive when I wrote to them and asked if this is a common occurrence, that tune has changed. I am giving this 2 stars because I can still remember how much I liked it when I originally purchased it, but how disappointed I now am in the product and company as a whole. I will no longer be touting how great this bag was or sending friends and family to Nomatic when they are in need of a new bag.

Im not very pleased. It’s kind of gimicky. I have found some use for it.. its a pain to travel with. I have to find something else. The product and material feels good

I purchased this bag specifically

I purchased this bag specifically to use on a long trip. I needed to replace my old backpack, and I wanted something a little bigger.
This 30L Nomatic travel bag fit the bill. I stuffed this bag. 15" Computer and cords, Tablet for movies on plane, two jackets, a lunchbox size bag of my work tools, phone charger, passport, 20 snack bars and a large bottle of water.
On my return trip I added three pairs of pants, and various souvenirs. The bag was heavy but it handled the weight very well. The waist straps work well, even for my skinny 30" waist. The bag's seams all held well with no flexing or stretching. 100% happy with this bag, I will be returning for the smaller daily backpack.

I had the Travel Pack

I had the Travel Pack which has been the best back pack I’ve ever own. I had to buy another because two zippers broke. I decided to go for a bigger bag because Im traveling every week, so I decided to try de 30L. Its very well designed, but for me its not as comfortable to access my computer nor the big bag because of the straps. Other than that I think it has the perfect space for what I need right now.
