This bag is absolutely amazing. They have thought of all the things you may need in features. It is also well made with solid stitching and durable materials. Very impressed. They clearly spent their time in designing this bag. Well done.

The only thing I wish

The only thing I wish is that it would have removable wheels for times that you want to load it up heavy. I travel extensively and depending on the city/country and length of travel there are times I would use it as just a backpack and other times it would be convenient to have wheels. I am currently on a trip and decided on leaving the Nomatic home as I needed wheels on my carry on.

je crois que je vais utiliser mon sac pour plusieurs années . il est fabriqué avec des matériaux de qualité. il est bien imaginé .. la seule chose pour laquelle je me pose des question c'est la gradeur du compartiment pour les souliers . je coirs qu'il est trop grand et je me demande à quoi sert la pochette intérieure de ce compartiment qui empêche l'air de circuler . peut -être un amélioration : ajouter des boutons rond sous le sac pour ne pas qu'il touche terre car cela sali le sac . j'es ai pour mon argent et je suis heureux de mon achat .

Great customer service and product

I love the back pack, it’s spacious and stylish for both daily and travel use. I had a problem with a zipper tho as it broke and wasn’t fixable so I contacted the Nomatic customer service, they actually have life time guarantee on their products and after considering my damage, they have sent me a new one. Extremely happy with both their products and their customer service.

THE MOST UNIVERSAL PACK!

You can literally use this backpack for anything and everything. So. Many. Pockets. ITS UNBELIEVABLE. Sometimes forgetting where I put my phone.. hehe. Plus if you are into hiking, this pack is waterproof and very comfortable!

Become dirty to fast. The stripes make the zipper difficult to open because they are always on the way. But i still love the bag a lot and I will not change it for any other bag

Best warranty ever

This bag is a replacement for my backpack that I bought a couple years back that started to come apart in a couple areas. One place was where the zipper attaches to the bag material on one of the corners. The other place was the threading on the velcro strap that holds the computer in the pouch. I sent in a warranty claim with pictures of the worn out areas and they responded with a few days saying they were shipping out a new replacement bag! Pretty good customer service if you ask me. I researched out backpacks for a long time after traveling around the world a couple times and spending a lot of time at airport security taking my computer in and out of the bag and having to carry a lot of different things that I needed in transit. Especially on long 12+ hour flights. I landed on the Nomatic 30L Travel Bag and man I'm glad I picked that bag. The ease of taking out my computer and comfort of wearing it with a lot of weight in it will keep me a customer for life!

My first Nomatic bag, and love it as much as the day I got it!

This bag has been a workhorse for me and my family. I have taken it on 4 3-5 day trips so far and 10000000% impressed with the quality and function. My son took it on a week-long trip and was so impressed that he bought one for himself! It packs stuff, and then some! The included hamper is perfect to keep your dirty clothes separate from the clean ones, and makes packing them for return trip a breeze. Love the convertible features so it can be carried several different ways. Already got the larger backpack for daily or 1-2 day trips and use it all the time. You CANNOT go wrong with any Nomatic product!
