Lots of pockets, fits under

Lots of pockets, fits under airplane seats on major airlines. Seems a little big but it doesn't feel bulky at all once you are wearing it.

Returned it immediately upon opening the box. Stitching was poor, laptop sleeve latch was even sewn on crooked. Terrible quality overall. Really thin padding on the straps was incredibly light for a 30l bag, when fully loaded it would only be a few months of usage to wear the straps down to wear the padding that was there would be useless. Basically I watched the video and bought into the hype, on receiving the bag I was terribly disappointed. It's obvious more time is spent making videos on the bags, than actually making a quality bag. Wish I could give it no stars.

The 30L is the perfect

The 30L is the perfect size for me! Got the 40L for Christmas and was so excited. Quickly realized it was a bit large for my frame, but fear not, the 30L came out shortly after. I can pack ALMOST as much stuff and carrying it was extremely comfortable. Love the hip belt. All the features and pockets are perfectly placed and useful. The updated zipper on the hip strap was much better for holding my passport. Packed for a 10 day trip/cruise and had plenty of room. My 6'7" husband is enjoying the 40L which is more suited to his size. I will say the one thing I don't love is that the shoe pocket is bigger and the top pocket is smaller so it wont fit my windbreaker and a water bottle at the same time. I don't need to fill the whole bag with my shoes. I also find the pocket on the bottom of the bag a little weird. I wouldn't want to break anything by resting weight on it. The bottom that frequently sits on the ground also isn't the waterproof material which I find strange. But overall we are obsessed with our new bags. Even got compliments from the ship staff and captain.

This backpack is AWESOME!!! I love how many compartments there are to keep things separate. It is comfortable to carry even when fully packed. One of the best features was that it slides over the handle of a rolling suitcase and lays flat so you don't have to worry about it falling over.
