Functional, great use of space. Really enjoy the specialized compartments and how accessible gear is from the outside, without having to open the main compartment

I'm sorry, I thought this bag would be ok, even though I didn't get the model I wanted but it's just not lived up to the hype, and now after some use, I have an issue with the straps that is causing my back/shoulders pain.
