This is the best thing I have ever spent money on, ever. This bag is exceptional! It efficiently holds many days worth of items and has proven to be great for travel (a perfect carry-on!) and a commuter bag. It's incredibly durable and looks really slick. I am thrilled.

I'm an organizing nerd - I bought this bag almost completely for one international business trip - I needed "more storage and pockets" than a typical briefcase could provide, wanted to slide it onto my rollerbag handle, but also be able to travel with it easily without my suitcase. I was able to organize my electronics - phone chargers, adapters, battery packs, headphones, laptop and ipad, as well as have my gym clothes and my work files all in one place. It worked perfectly. This will be my new brief-case + when I travel for work.

I Wanted to use it for the first time tomorrow because i will be traveling and one button broke when i was checking it! Very bad quality!! So disapointed!

the zipper is very sticky

the zipper is very sticky at the corners, have to go back and forth a couple of times till its open, same pain when trying to close it at corners
this is happening at the shoe compartment and RFID side
