I love all of the sections in the pack. I sometimes get turned around though. I wish there was an indicator of what direction the pockets are like on the section that is against the back it would be cute and useful if it said North South East West as a point of reference. It's a pretty heavy pack too which is also a down side for me. Otherwise, I am very happy with it. I love having a place for everything. Opening like a suitcase makes it easy to stay organized.

Almost perfect. I could do without the dufflebag straps. Not sure when I would use them as it’s an awkward way to carry this bag. They mainly just get in the way. Minor complaint though. I love everything else about this pack. Highly recommend.

Great bag but i underestimated

Great bag but i underestimated the depth. Kind of awkward for everyday travel, feels like im carrying around small pizzas. Overall great features and very happy with the purchase. Considering buying the backpack for everyday use instead.

Pretty sure I received an open box, lightly used one. But didn't have a choice but to use it on my trip. Works fine, impressed with he functionality -- sometimes too "strappy."
