We purchased both the 30L

We purchased both the 30L and the 40L for my wife and I. The delivery was very fast, the bags are very well detailed and constructed. Have used them on one five day trip with no problem. The ease of entry was wonderful. I suggest the zipper toggles on the largest back panel could be an inch longer for easier grip. I have multiple bags and packs, but this is the most thoughtfully designed for its dual purpose use.

I received this bag as a gift and was so excited because I had been eyeing for sometime. I love all of the different compartments and the ease in which I could access things. However there are two drawbacks. First, as said above the wide opening of the main compartment is great and supplies easy access to stuff and a laptop. Awesome, but there is zero padding between that laptop and your back once the backpack is being worn. It was NOT comfortable and actually started to hurt. Not ergonomic at all. I so wanted to absolutely love this which leads to the second problem. In order for me to discover this issue, I needed to travel with it. I removed the tags and so as far as returning it. The policy states with tags intact. This definitely doesn’t work if you actually want to discover if it works for you. I gave it three stars because of this.

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G. OH MY GOSH. IN. LOVE. ONLY THING I HATE IS THAT I DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT YOU GUYS UNTIL NOW! I can’t wait to buy more stuff from you guys. The quality is literally so unreal. It’s the perfect bag. I can’t wait to get your rolling luggage when I have the $, and then I can slide this on the handle. So happy with it. 10/10 recommend for sure.
