Decent but we need to talk about the shoulder strap

Excellent ergonomic design apart from one pretty serious design flaw. The shoulder strap magnetically attached to a point on either side of the bag, and TANGLES and twists far too easily. It's a real pain. It also tends to detach if you are shifting weight, which is really dangerous with sensitive and expensive devices like laptops and tablets stored inside. Overall a bit disappointed.

Finally bought it last month and after a few weeks and my first trip, I'm loving it! Great internal organization with flexibility for how you want to use it.

Perfect bag for flying

Life time warranty s no joke !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my first and only bag almost 3 years ago. I didn’t realize I had life time warranty on it when the zipper broke. I emailed customer service and before I knew it a new bag was in my house free of charge. Moving forward NOMATIC is my brand for all my bags, suitcases and travel gear.
