Meets all my needs! 16"

Meets all my needs! 16" macbook pro fits well in the TSA slot, and my 9.7" ipad pro in a somewhat bulky case fits in its respective TSA slot as well. Its a tight fit when both are packed in there which makes for a bit of trouble removing them, but im just happy that they both fit! I love the customizable compartments, I can fit my smaller point and shoot camera gear in the middle section as well. enough storage for all my mac accessories as well. The shoulder strap is a little small for me even when let out completely, but again, not a big issue. Cant really speak to durability yet because Ive had the bag for a short amount of time and havent been able to actually go to work often thanks to COVID. But I am impressed and happy thus far!

I have not been able to use it too extensively due to the COVID outbreak. I like it so far, but I feel the zippers are a little too stiff in opening for my liking. That is the only thing that is a downside for me thus far.

Unfortunately the magnetic clip/strap has

Unfortunately the magnetic clip/strap has failed on my bag, it dropping to the floor along with its content. The same strap also tangles almost every-time I pick the bag up from the ground. The bag also arrived with a permanent dent in the front section that doesn’t seem to fix itself, however I imagine this happened during shipping not manufacturing.
Apart from this issue the bag has otherwise worked as advertised, just a shame about the strap and locking mechanism as I don’t feel comfortable Carrying fragile items or too many items incase the bag fails again. Fingers crossed their customer support team can help find a solution for me.

The build quality and organization

The build quality and organization of the compartments is excellent. Once the bag was shipped out, I received constant updates and delivery and was earlier than schedule. Overall,top quality bag. I have finally found the messenger bag that I was looking for.
