Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have the backpack as well and that is my standard for a 5 star product. This is pretty close, but for some reason the inside modifiable pockets just don't do it for me. Makes the inner lining feel kind of cheap compared to the rest of the product. With that out of the way, I love the magnetic strap, the side/bottle pockets are tremendous (and on most all of the products) and the zippers and water resistant material are also superb. Great product. If you're looking for a good messenger bag, you'd be hard-pressed to find one better than this.

This a great bag. It has many well thought out features and pockets. Its lightweight, but strong. However, I wish it had the possibility to expand...even just a little. When I put my files in, its really hard to access without opening up the whole thing. By the way, thats a great feature...if it were just a bit bigger it would be perfect. I have a windows laptop and I'm frustrated it won't fit!

Overall the fit, finish and features are great. My only issue was with the laptop slot, which is something I use every day. Too finicky to flip down the flap and wriggle out a 16" macbook pro. Much prefer "drop in" or strait top-loading slot. The backpack ended up being a better fit in this regard.
