Sorry, I was SO excited when I ordered and first received this bag. I travel a ton for work and was looking forward to all the features. It turns out to be unusable for me, but I don’t think I can return it. It is way too bulky, and does not fit over the handle of my carry on.
I cannot find anything inside, there are too many pockets, I immediately took out the removable portion, but the bag fills up very quickly because there it too much “bag”, it is heavy and cumbersome and I cannot use it at all. I really wanted to love it, but instead I cringe every time I have to pick it up or try to find something in it.

It’s a very well built bag! Very functional. But the space for laptop is way to tight, I have a 15” Thinkpad that barely fits inside.
