Great bag, a few easy to fix flaws..

The good - really good looking, stylish, good quality. Replacing a 10 year old booq looked long and hard for a replacement before settling on this.
Plenty of pockets, sleeves for everything. Is rook for couple of books, or lunch (!) in interior.
The not so good - handle is inexplicably short. Very difficult to carry without scratching knuckles on zips. An extra inch or two here would be ideal..
Because of laptop placement, bag doesn’t want to stand upright,,so requires a little ballast to keep upright. There’s a hard sunglasses. Case, which I thinks a great idea, but I could only get it to work with the sleeeve I didn’t want to use. Had to use soft cover with sleeve I’ll use. Not a big deal, but..
I’d buy again, hopefully after fixing the mentioned flaws!

Sticky Main Zippers

I love almost everything else about this bag, but the main zipper sticks a bit as it’s coming down, and you have to work it down to get it to open. As this is the main opening, it becomes very annoying.

I've been using this bag for over a year now and I always get compliments. The quality is excellent and the design is sleek. I only have one complaint about the strap. When I wear my winter jacket, it is always slipping off my shoulder and can be very annoying. I only wish they could add something to the strap to prevent this from happening.

It’s big enough to hold all of my stuff, but not too big. Stylish and incredibly functional, I like that it contains lots of pockets to organize everything from chargers to glasses, tablets to laptops! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

It's not the most comfortable,

It's not the most comfortable, but you're not purchasing this for the comfort, you're purchasing this for the quality. The only thing I really dislike is that the strap isn't symmetrical, it's bent on one side and straight on the other, and you can't connect it so that it's symmetrical. 10 out of 10 otherwise.
