I had the backpack and the zipper on it broke. I contacted Nomatic and due to their lifetime warranty, they allowed me to trade it in for another bag no questions asked. I am very happy with my messenger bag. If you want something that's functional, looks great, and versatile, this is the bag for you!

I bought this bag a year ago when starting a job that required weekly travel, and it has been fantastic.
I love the customizability (I use it in "document" mode most of the time) and the mesh pockets that seem to be just the right size for common items (e.g. gum, power banks, notecards). I quickly found a place for everything and after a few days could reach for the right thing without even looking at my bag!
It has held up great over a year of hard travel - it probably went through the airport at least 50 times - and still looks essentially like it did out of the box. No scuffing or wear.
Some of my favorite features are the magnetic bottle pockets and the 360 degree strap rotation. I've had several people do a double take and inquire about my bag when they see me quickly take the straps on or off.
All in all love the bag - it's my first Nomatic purchase and it makes me confident that I want to invest in the roller luggage.
