Well made and comfortable, but

Well made and comfortable, but it doesn’t quite fit a pilot headset, as an airline pilot it’s near perfect but just a little 2 narrow

It's a very good bag,

It's a very good bag, good material, comfortable, easy to remove the strap when I need to set it on the ground and not let the strap drag on the floor, fairly large. The internals of the main compartment don't seem ideal. The attachment that stores paper against the back has the opening butting up against the ceiling of the compartment, making it difficult to pull papers in and out, which I am constantly doing. The main compartment is also not big enough for me to store gym clothes and Tupperware lunch at the same time. I know everyone wants a different size but I could go for bigger. The computer pocket once entirely unzipped on me and dropped my computer to the street, and I've never actually wanted it to unzip all the way. If the zipper only went half down I'd be happy. The computer pocket is also so thin that I can't fit a spiral bound notepad in it. The easy access pocket for pencils also isn't big enough for a standard pad of paper, and could be easier to access. That also might be a better place for the key zip line. Since the big pocket isn't as easy to access, it can be a hassle to get the key, and hold the bag close enough while using it. The small, very easy access pocket is good but I've noticed it's not water proof. One day when it rained my train tickets got soggy. They were still useable but if they got any wetter I'd start to worry.
Also, I could really go for a pocket on the strap big enough to hold a phone... And a pencil and small pad of paper... actually, a pocket just like the small easy access pocket that's on the bag.

It is pretty good. The strap tends to get twisted and most of the time falls under the bag making it fall over. If you would put a twisting point on the strap it would be better.

I travel a lot for work and need to go to conferences. I am so excited to use this for my next conference! It has a spot for everything and in spite of being black is a little bit stylish which makes me happy.
