Materials feel cheap. Fancy shoulder strap is always getting twisted. The three pocket organizer should have multiple size configurations (for example: two thin + 1 fat OR two equally fat pockets) rather than just two stationary walls. Felt really expensive for what I got.

Overall I love it. Mainly using larger organizer insert. I have a lot of electronics stuff. Finding that more stuffed inside, less able to “stuff” outer slots. Could it also “expand” like your other bags?
Cool magnetic strap connections- wondering if there could be a longer padded strap for large chested women for more comfort?
Also, the handle is almost too “tight” to really carry with- just a few more centimeters would prolly help for bigger or arthritic hands?
Otherwise SO many great features- water bottle slots, I’m using the upper pocket for sunglasses since the box included takes away internal space. Great fabric and high quality zippers.

At first, this product sounded amazing, next thing i know, i see my strap flying from my shoulders and everything in my bag falls and hits the ground causing the bag to have scuffs. I thought the material was fantastic. Everything nomatic said made me by the messenger bag, but now i have every reason to hate this bag. Poor quality! Poor stitching! Poor reliability! Nothing about this bag makes me want to keep it anymore! Im a dental student who is constantly on the move from one clinic to the next, and having my bag rip from the sides due to poor quality is straight up EMBARRASSING!!! Everyone stared me down and even my friends who were gonna purchase the bag, didn't want it anymore! I submitted a claim and yet, nobody has yet to do anything! I was really hoping for this bag to be “the one”, but turns out its nothing like what nomatic claims it to be. I really hope i can shed some light to the people who might want to buy this bag. I already have 3 people who bought this bag, which i wont say who, and now im going to have them return the bags immediately!

Great bag! I wish that the laptop pocket was a little more roomy - also the shoulder strap is kind of annoying because it always twists - it would have been nice to have had one of those metal twist pieces that would make it easier to untangle it without having to detach and straighten out (not sure if that makes sense...). Overall I love the bag but there are some things I think could be improved on future updates.
