I am bummed. This bag

I am bummed. This bag is actually really awesome. Unfortunately, it took forever to get to me and then arrived with a dysfunctional zipper. I really needed to use it so I sent an email asking if I can just use the bag until a replacement is sent out.
The company policy does not allow that and what was being asked is that I ship the product back on my own dime. Then I have to wait 30 days or more until I receive a replacement bag. Well, unfortunately, I need a bag now, so I am using my moderately expensive broken bag.
On some level I understand their process, but I think its bad business to not send a replacement bag to make a customer happy.
So again, great product, bad business processes and shipping.

Honestly this bag is amazing!

Honestly this bag is amazing! I don’t even have to think about where I placed my items because it has become autonomous where everything is. I use this for my daily work and school routine and holds everything I need. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the strap. It keeps tangling even when I put it down gently. And that is probably one of my biggest pet peeves is having a tangled strap. Other than that this is probably the best bag to ever own.

The bag was a big disappointment. The strap is a nightmare. It keeps getting twisted and it makes the bag difficult to manage. The interior sections are so tight that it is hard to use them properly especially with the fixed sun glasses case. I am seriously considering returning this bag for a full refund. It is not as advertised and with the awkwardness of the strap it really makes it difficult to handle.

The messenger bag is nothing short of amazing, i carries everything i could ask for in it and as i guy who is always on the move its perfect. I have not only my 15” MacBook Pro but my very large iPad Pro in it and i have no problems bring files with me as well.. 5/5 for sure
