I might update to four stars. Just depends on the response I get from an e-mail I sent today. I'm being tasked with sending the second of two messenger bags received back as I only paid for and requested one messenger bag. We'll wait and see how they handle the return of the bad I didn't order or pay for. Strap should have spinner located after the attachment to the side of the bag. I find it annoying that I can't keep the strap from twisting. If each end or possible just one of the ends had a spinner it would make it easier to uncoil. The position of the retractable key ring is not as convenient as it appears in the ad. I suggest adding small rubber feet to the bottom of the bag. This would make room for another pocket (on the bottom of the bag) that would work well for storing keys on a retractable cord and provide stability when the bag is closed on my desk. Lastly, I agree with other comments that the computer pocket is not deep enough and not wide enough. Just a shade too tight to carry my lap top and extra monitor that I use daily. I think they someone spent a lot of time designing the bag and the things that I mention are improvements that would have been appreciated by me and not necessarily needed by others. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others. I would buy another today if it had the changes I mentioned.

The ability to swap out

The ability to swap out different organizers is helpful. However, the zippers are not smooth and the handle to carry the bag is really small and uncomfortable. Also, looks like the design for the backpack was reused for the messenger bag, which makes it feel a bit bulky.

Well crafted bag. It's a really nice messenger bag with a sweet aesthetic. Good materials and pockets. Customizable in the sense you can remove inserts and pocket organizers, etc. Nomatic has cool stuff, excited to check out some other products.

This bag exceeded our expectations! My husband had been eyeing it for awhile, so it was the perfect gift for him for Father’s Day. He was so surprised! Upon opening it, he immediately filled it up with all his work gear and “modeled” it for me. During our family dinner that evening, he was so excited to pull it out and show everyone all the cool features. He’s had it for almost a month now and still is so happy to grab it on his way out the door every morning. Worth every penny!! We will definitely be purchasing Nomatic products in the future. (PS: Nomatic should cut us a check for how much we pitch their products to other people lol)
