Hello so I recently bought it for my wonderful wife for her birthday in August she loves the features a d enjoys it but because of her size it's a bit big for her, the strap slides off her shoulder quite a bit, and when she wears it as a messanger bag it hurts her breast. The magnetic strap came undone quite a few times. Since we had it.

I like all of its features and I use it a lot. My laptop and everything I need fits in it nicely. I just found it to be a bit bulky for a person of my size, (5'0"), though I should have expected it. I don't think it's a must-have, but it's useful and I would recommend it.

Love the bag! It's just what I was looking for and has everything I need for everyday carry. One thing though, I can't seem to find the retractable key holder. I thought this bag had one.

Love, LOVE this bag! My favorite features is the snap off/snap on strap and the collapsing water bottle side pockets. Extremely well designed and fabricated. Love your products!

Overall the bag is incredible! I wish there was a little bit more room in the laptop/iPad compartment. I noticed that my laptop case got bent with hardly anything else in the front of the bag.

I love how sturdy the bag is. Sometimes the strap gets into a knot easily but it's not a dealbreaker. The organization is A+ too!

I love, love, love my bag but like the other travel bag I got from you. I made some cosmetic adjustments like adding reflective tape to zipper tabs also to the hand grip & top of carrying strap. I feel it makes the bag stand out from all other black bags. I’ve received many compliments on the look of the bag. I also love the fact that it stands up on its own.
