Cons:
- Zippers stick, especially at outer edges. 2 hands required
- Shoulder strap twists a lot, mind boggling so for just setting the bag down

For me the cons outweigh the pros, but I am in and out of my bag frequently making zipper function/ease a main factor in my bag purchases. I work from multiple locations in a day which is why I’m in an out of my bag frequently, this also means that the shoulder strap twisting causes me a lot of frustration several times a day. I love how wide each section opens, if only getting them open were easy.
I’m personally not a fan of the material. Seems durable, but aesthetically I think it looks “cheap”. However, I’d get over that if it weren’t for the zipper and shoulder strap.

Strap continues to keep getting twisted. Zippers are difficult to open and close due to water proof design.

The bag does not fit

The bag does not fit a 15” laptop. This is the size of most laptops and a disappointment.

Very disappointed after spending so

Very disappointed after spending so much and then finding that a minor scuff on outside produced a white mark. It is no longer a professional looking bag.

An awesome product. Very cool looks, super functional with so many pockets to set fixed place for all your goodies and strong.
The functioning of the zipper is probably the most important aspect. Any tips on how to keep the zipper sliding smooth?
