Great bag. Very sturdy and lots of pockets, which is what I was looking for in a laptop bag. I was very impressed by it. Seems like the designers spent a lot of time in thinking on what consumers want in a bag. Well done!

I'm a bit disappointed by the bag. I thought it'd be "simpler". I think there is too many sections inside the bag and I don't know how to use them all.
The zipper is a bit hard sometimes and I often find my Macbook Pro 16" to touch the zipper from both sides if I don't open it at 100%.
Also te material used for the exterior is, let's say, weird. It's a bit soft but hard at the same time.
When you touch it with something dirty, the stain stays on the bag and thus I have to clean it often.

Everything function as advertise. I use this bag at least 3 times per week, and because of the way the strap works, I barely feel the weight of the laptop. An improvement I could see, would be to have the adjustment mechanism accessible no mater on which shoulder you put it on. It is an excellent product!

Love this bag. Is actually more compact than I expected and everything that was promised. Looks great. The strap works even better than you'd think. Compartments are really useful with elastic to keep things in, but mesh so you can actually get things in the pockets and see what's in them.
One minor design flaw: The sunglasses holder is on the left-side of the main compartment, which is also where the mesh pockets are. So, if you want to put a mouse or something slightly larger in those pockets, you can't use the sunglasses holder. Probably worth fixing in the next model update.

I love my bag! It is amazing to travel and hold all of my gear. I feel like I have a mobile office on the go. I would definitely purchase other items for my travels.
