I really like the bag

I really like the bag and it is constructed well. My only concern is how much it can hold. A laptop,tablet, planner and reading book and it seemed overly tight and not leaving any room for other accessories. With that said, I will try and pack differently next time. One other thing make sure the straps are snapped in securely, otherwise they will pop off and the bag will drop possibly damaging your contents.

Love this bag, especially love

Love this bag, especially love how easily I can access and put away my laptop and the incredibly useful phone / wallet pocket at the very top of the bag (well that’s what I use it for anyway). I’ve also wired in my charging battery cord in there to keep my phone charged when it needs it…..not to mention all the other amazing features.

It really is an excellent

It really is an excellent bag, but I have a Thinkpad X1 Extreme gen2 which is a fairly thin and small 15" laptop and it is is so tight to fit that and an ipad in there its not comfortable. So I wish they had made it a cm wider, and a cm deeper with the measurements in the laptop compartment and it would have been perfect.

The Nomatic 40L backpack is

The Nomatic 40L backpack is the best bag I have ever owned. After this experience, I purchased the messenger bag in the hopes that I would have a similar experience with my second Nomatic bag.
The result? It's OK. For my personal use, it seems the bag itself is a little too big, and the inside compartments are a little too small and the wrong shape to truly fulfill my needs.
3 Stars because it's still that Nomatic quality and style that I love but maybe just in the wrong shape and size for this world traveler.

This is the messenger bag I've been waiting for. All of the pockets, sleeves and compartments make it easy to travel with all of my technology well organized. I appreciate the collapsible water bottle storage also.
