Broken, does not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge came with our new house provided by the builder. After two years it started to freeze everything in the fridge section. Since August 18th 2021 Whirlpool technicians have made 5 service visits, they replaced dryer/filter and refilled the system with new refrigerant it didn't help they replaced electronic temperature control unit and temperature sensor and it did not solve the problem. Yesterday they put a temperature recorder in the fridge to understand the reason. We are still waiting with hope that Whirlpool will fix the fridge. It is almost 3 months and we don't know how long will it take.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small but functional for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely happy with my new 'fridge except for one thing. I have NEVER had or heard of a refrigerator that didn't have a light in the freezer. What an odd thing to omit. I am a senior who has owned alot of refrigerators and never had one without a light in the freezer. It's a minor thing, I guess, but very inconvenient especially at night when the kitchen is dark and I want something in the freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a year if kept freezing my veggies on and off. After two years both freezer and fridge stopped working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot image a brand new fridge will break in a year and customer service couldn’t help as only one year warranty covered and I purchased it through the builder when I moved in my brand new house.
