Deter but might not prevent parcel pirates

It looks good on the site, but is mostly and strong plastic. The camera, even on high sensitivity, is slow to engage so you mostly see the persons belly and not their face and their back as they walk away. No help if it was a parcel thief. Door does not line up and could be forced open. App is about the best thing. This will deter many would be parcel pirates if located on your porch near a front door. To be left at the end of a long driveway or a spot not visible from your home might not be the best place. A high cost to deter. Could have been built a little sturdier and a better lock on the parcel section by giving up the app unlocking feature and just a key opening.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
