[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a top-of-the-line customize EliteBook laptop to replace an older unit. I regret the decision. Even though all components are newer models and faster processing speeds, the actual unit performs slower than my 4-year old unit. From simple web browsing to high-tech programming and design, I sit idly by as the unit whirs. I will definitely look elsewhere when I upgrade next.
