I bought speakers and a monitor separately.
Very impressed at how tiny the tower is, it is smaller than a VHS tape, slightly larger than 2 decks of cards. Amazing!
I thought it came loaded with Mixrosoft Office but it didn't. Overall, I'm happy, and it is portable enough i can take it with me to my Dads who is a tech whiz.
