Looks great but quality is fair

We received this dresser and to no fault of Best Buy the box it came in was badly damaged and as a result 2 pieces inside were broken. Called customer service and they will replace the parts. Still was able to put the dresser together and it looks great. But beware as the quality is nowhere as good as the product looks! The drawers do not have rollers, meaning they slide in/out on wood which means they can stick and and it’s not smooth whatsoever. Feels like a really low quality dresser so I’m glad I got it on sale. But as I said it looks great. i would have never bought this dresser had I seen it in person first due to the quality, but if looks are more important to you then you’ll be happy with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
