Great Dispenser!

Replaced our rented water delivery dispenser with this and will never look back. Water is always super cold or super hot depending on what we want. Crystal clear and tastes great.

Perfect size to achieve my setup

Works really well and fits my usage. All I needed was a heater with water tank. So I will be leaving the cooling function off and use it purely for hot and room temp water. Hopefully this will last a long time with in-line scale inhibitor and the filters for the A12.

Bought my second A12 after the first one kept freezing over. First one lasted 5 years and had no issue other than the freezing part

I like it but wish it didn't fail after 6 months.

I like it. Worked good but failed after 6 months. No longer cools water and when hot water is on makes the water taste like burnt plastic and makes the whole unit hot.
