Drops on my face and floor

I've used Blender Bottle for a couple of months now and have noticed that snapping the drinking port shut is incredibly hard. I don't know if it's a flaw in my bottle or if they are all this way. This morning while trying to shut the port so I could shake my protein, the bottom of the bottle slipped out and I had protein and milk all over my counter and floor. Also wonder why when you drink out of the bottle, the port only pops open and is then in alignment with your face. I always get drips of my drink on my nose when I tilt my head back to take a drink. Is it me? Should it be this hard?

Great bottle!

This is the one to buy. It has the real wire wisk, whereas virtually all other products have some plastic ball or claim theirs is designed to not need a ball or wisk - scam. And, this is one bottle that is gasket free on the lid and it will NOT leak. These are practically the only legit shakers available. I was very impressed with my first one so i bought 2 more and they are as quality as the first.

I just received my sixth and seventh cups this week! I got the color of the month (in sonic), and a mystery cup that was my favorite size, 20oz. None of my cups have ever cracked or leaked, and the whisk ball mixes smoothly! 😊 Definitely my go to cups!
