Love my blender bottle. However when I ordered, I accidentally ordered 2 instead of 1. Spoke to someone and he refunded that 2nd bottle. However, have not seen refund on my visa. Who can I talk to re: this. Marlene Prebil

I have the same like other people, the snap is almost impossible to open. At first, I was looking for the trick, seems there is none. Wasted money.

Insulation Sleeve

My wife and I each have 6 or more Blenderbottlesae¦ we use them daily. Even though she has the metal insulated bottle, my wife prefers to use the plastic with the neoprene insulation sleeve. She likes to make her drinkae¦keep it in the freezer, then put the sleeve on and drink it partially frozen.
I donan'tt see that you offer the sleeves anymore.
Is this an item that we can hope to see again soonae¦? To fit the more modern shaped bottlesae¦?
I did see the Harry Potter sleeves, Ian'tm getting one of those to tryae¦ but it does not appear to help with insulation.

Lid doesn't close

Straight out of the box. It pops but stays open. I've never seen a bottle so ridiculous at such a basic level.

The Lids Crack Easily

I really like the bottles, but what I've found is that the lids crack too easily along the seam. Of course you want to ensure that the lid is securely in place, but by being careful here, leads to splitting along the seam. I would like to be able to buy separate lids, as I have so many bottles. Good product, but could be more tougher

Great product! I love how their are always new products and the monthly special cups are always so creative. Definitely my go to for shaker cups from now on
