Overall performance is good

From the first wash, loud metal to metal clanging was heard. It took two trips from to resolve the problem. After that, it worked OK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far its the best. I love it!!!!! I can wash so more in this washer which causes less loads. I also save on detergent and softner because you dont have to use as much. And, its neat being able to watch your clothes wash thru the glass door. I couldnt be more happier with our new purchase....Would definitly recomend.

I love this dryer it has great features and dries my clothes in about half the time of my old dryer. Large enough capacity to dry my king size quilt.

This was my first major appliance purchase for my new home, and as a result, I was looking at both price and quality, since these units are going to have to last me a while. I am very pleased with the ease of use, as well as the minimal space the washer & dryer take as a stacked unit, as my laundry room is small (I didn't design the house, sadly, so it is what it is.). These are very high efficiency units, my water bill has stayed lower than with previous "conventional" top load washers, so they are saving me money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Back up and running

We care for my Elder, disabled Uncle. We nearly panicked when our stack unit went down. I called Steve Tucker's Superstore in Coquille, Oregon, and made arrangements over the phone. Within 4 hours, we had this beautiful set delivered and set up and it's WONDERFUL ! It took me a week to get really familiar and comfortable with the digitals, but once understood, We are very HAPPY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dryer for 4 months. Love it! My clothes dry quickly and with less wrinkles. I like the temperature selections. When you want to dry at a cool, warm, hot or any where in between that is the temperature it will be! No more burned clothes!

Great Dryer!

Dryer is great! Have had it for 3 months now, but with 2 kids, it gets used about once a day. I like that it is really efficient at drying clothes, a full load of towels takes 30 minutes to dry! I think this is really a combination with the spin cycle on the matching washer we have though. The sensor dry doesn't work as well, but I prefer timed anyways.
