Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dryer works good; the only issue is that we seem to always need to have it set to Towels in order to dry any size load. I like to have all of the different settings, and it looks really nice!

I love the new technology

Good drying, vent cleaning warnings excessive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a nice built dryer and seems to work pretty well, but we are having a lot of warnings about the vent system needing cleaned no matter what we do. it’s not even two weeks old so I’m not sure what we should do.

It may be improved such as bigger interface screen, option to choose remote as default setting, slightly bigger door, built-in bubble level, leveled instead of sloped top, include a 1-page quick run instructions, collapsible filter housing to allow deep vacuuming

Dryer came defected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved Into a new construction home and the dryer was dented and did not work. I contacted Whirlpool multiple times and they did not want to replace my dryer. They only wanted to fix it. I told them that I wanted a new one because that’s what I paid for. They refused to replace the dryer. I’ve been with a non-working dryer for 4 weeks now with no solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
