Incredibly Smart Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dryer last summer, along with the matching washer. I selected Whirlpool only after I'd done extensive research on many, many other makes/models/manufacturers. I chose Whirlpool because it's American made, should it need repair/parts replaced in the future, those parts should be easy to find and repair will hopefully be a little easier and because it has a large load capacity. Additionally, this dryer is loaded with tons of smart features including steam, static reduction, wrinkle prevention - all of which can be operated not only on the dryer itself, but through the Whirlpool app. I've been very impressed with how quickly and efficiently it dries each load, I have never had to run a load more than once.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed!!

I have always owned whirlpool/Maytag so when I needed a new pair I went right to whirlpool. Bought my new pair 5 months ago. Very disappointed! The bounce sheets get stuck below the lint trap every single time! I tried using 2 dryer sheets so that if one got stuck I at least had 1 but no..,both get stuck and my clothes are full of static. I had a serviceman come out and he said sorry it’s a design flaw and told me to use liquid fabric softener!! That is terrible! I should be able to use dryer sheets in my new expensive dryer! Very very disappointed. I do not recommend this dryer at all

Fabulous machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has absolutely been THE best washer ever! I am actual 'entertained' as I watch the machine go through its cycles! My clothes have never looked so clean nor received better detail through the wash options to choose. While I thought my previous machine was doing a great job, you can't know until you have a new machine - I recommend my washer to everyone!
