[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly was so excited about this and the steam function . I find a normal load comes out damp on a regular setting even when I put it to heavy duty there are damp spots . This drives me craZy. I was really excited about the steam feature to de wrinkle but it seems it puts water clothes and comes out with wet spots. Maybe it’s ours I had a guy booked to come look but cancelled as I was worried they would find nothing wrong and charge me for the visit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
