Problem after problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 6 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems. The control panel is not responsive and frequently will not respond to pushing different buttons. We have had several times has the unit refuse to even power up. We are extremely disappointed and would never buy a whirlpool product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great quality and super quiet!

Very efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I hooked up dryer it kept saying to check vent. I checked it several times and was thinking the dryer was wrong, until I stuck my shop vac in the pipe and pulled out a cat size lint ball….lesion learned—dryer is smart! Check vent often.

Very nice layout of controls and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a couple of weeks ago and so far very happy with the unit. I know there are some reviews out there with negative comments however if you take the time and read the instructions fully you will see it's a great dryer. Some of the complaints are the clothes are not fully dried. That is due to the wrong settings used for the type of items dried.
I would recommend this to a friend!
