Does not dry properly on any setting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for over a week and regret purchasing this model. The unit does not dry completely on any setting, even high heat with extended time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer(along with the matching washer) to replace a set of Whirlpool appliances. We satisfied with both so far. But washing a set of sheets is challenging, they end up in a ball and the machine gets offline.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problems or surprises. The only suggestion I have is that if the door opened sideways, instead of downward, it would be easier to get a laundry basket underneath and scoop the dry clothes out into the basket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use! Runs quietly & smooth. Easy access lint trap. I did have to run a bulky item additional time to get it completely dry. Overall good product..slightly more expensive than I'd hoped but worth it. Good quality.
