[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a few weeks ago. I love everything about it except the clunk-a-clunk noise it makes when drying clothes as it turns. Wonderful features. User friendly. That is the only negative thing I have to say about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had no issues with this dyer to date. The lint screen does not catch all of the lint as is the case with all the dryers we have used. I do appreciate that Whirpool has a video on this issue and what to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my whirlpool dryer. The only issue I have is that sometimes the clothes are bunched up after drying instead of being loose. Otherwise it dries well and there are many options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Dryer August 2020, again there should be a detailed instruction book with the unit. The touch screen to operate is not very detailed in the pages that came with it. Also not all your customer have smartphones or computers to search for the information. The one thing that your design team should work on is to make the back of the unit more uniformed or flat. My unit sits about 3-6” more away from the wall than the washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying perfectly dry clothes with my new Smart Dryer from Whirlpool. No more overly heated or wrinkled clothes here. The light feature must be fun for children to watch the clothes go around and around. The only thing better would be to offer bright colors to spruce up the laundry room, with washers to match of course...
