[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a Samsung (did not have the best experience with it) and decided to go with this Whirlpool. It has been a great dryer from day 1. I love that it connects to my phone and lets me know when my clothes are dry because I am bad about forgetting them and then they are wrinkled!

The steam fresh setting is great. I have used it a couple of times and it works great.

The difference in the cleanliness and feel and the softness is like NIGHT AND DAY! Would highly recommend Whirlpool appliances they have a long life and minimal repairs when used correctly. My home now has all Whirlpool appliances finally!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control panel on this dryer is difficult to master, and the owner's manual isn't very helpful. What would help is a DVD which explains each button on the control panel and a demonstration of how each setting works.
