[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our whirlpool duet so felt bad when after 15 years we couldn’t fix it. Then we got our new smart dryer and it’s more efficient and my wife loves the new steam feature! Does an excellent job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it in April with my washer, having a issue doesn’t completely dry the towels so I have to do a second dry for them to dry completely, and on colors some sometimes a couple items are still damp and I hang them to dry can’t figure it out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
