I purchased this new washer and dryer about 2 months ago and am pleased. It is beautiful and cleans well. The only complaint I have is that the drum size is a bit small so loads need to be smaller and it is noisy when filling with water. Otherwise, it operates very quietly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New dryer so wonderful, I put it on a pedestal!

We put this dryer on a pedestal and I now enjoy doing laundry! I can unload the washer (also Whirlpool) and fill the dryer without bending over - no more back pain! And I fold right out of the dryer.The instructions for different programs were easy to understand, and I find that the pre-programmed times for drying are perfect - just dry enough; no energy wasted either.

We replaced our GE with this model and are extremely pleased. It is so quiet and has sufficient capacity for our family sized large loads!!

I seriously don't have a negative thing to say. We love our stackable washer and dryer. Every time my husband and I hear the chimes at the end of a cycle we both say it's music to our ears!! :)

Dryer incredibly hard to use.

I bought this less than a month ago and am so disappointed in it. If I could return it I would. It is complicated to use and poorly designed. We have a Whirlpool front loader washer and have been quite happy. What a disappointment when we got the dryer home and installed. My 16 year old Maytag worked much better when I gave it away thinking I needed to be more thoughtful about energy use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
