Love that it senses how dry the clothes are and adjusts drying time accordingly. Ecoboost is also a nice feature.

Quality at a reasonable price

I've owned this pair for a bit over a month. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Installation was easy. I have the stacking kit and stacked they are quite stable. Very efficiant on water usage, when I saw how little water it used I was skeptical that the washer would actually clean the cloths. It does with the least amount of water neccesary. I am impressed. Its quiet and even while washing heavy load like sleeping bags it spins smoothly. I like the dryer also but the washer is the is the critical one of the pair. I recommend it to anyone in need of a reasonably priced machine that works well but without all the bells and whistles.

Had this washer for one week. Third load of clothes spin cycle sounds like a thousand hammers going off.

Excellent Purchase

We were in the market for a new washer/dryer combo and listened to many salespeople. They all seemed especially enthused about the Whirlpool Duet pair and all reported having good reports from satisfied customers. Since the Duet pair provided the features my wife wanted and the price competed well with other brands, it became a no-brainer. My wife reports our clothes are cleaner and loves the dryer.
