Bought this new dryer last month, OMG, the best purchase ever! Cut my drying time in 1/2. Makes life so much easier when you can wash and dry in less time than it used to take to wash only!! LOVE THIS DRYER (AND THE MATCHING WASHER!) DON'T HESITATE, RUN AND GET IT!

Love this new dryer very quite and so far it has done everything we have asked it to do. From Kings Size quilts to small wrinkle free loads. Only thing I would suggest when purchasing is to also buy the pedestal raises it up a bit if you are older and don't bend as good.

Getting used to dryer

need to use timed drying to actually dry laundry. Sound signals are terribly annoying and way too sensitive so I need to listen to them more than necessary.

Love this dryer!

We're going on three months with this dryer, and we love it. Dries so much more effectively than any other dryer I've used over the past 5 years (by my count, that includes 4 different dryers). My only complaint is the buttons are a little sensitive. If we have our bikes in the laundry room, and I'm brushing past the dryer, my butt will power it on. Wouldn't be a big deal (since it doesn't actually start running it), but the Duets perform a little song - very much reminiscent of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Though the Duets' song brings up that pleasant memory for me, the songs of the washer and dryer drive my partner nuts. Not enough to investigate disabling the noise, mind you, but something that some people may want to consider. Again, this dryer is one of the best I've ever used!

Great upgrade for me

I've owned my dryer for about 3 weeks now and I just love it. Just a soft finger touch to the on/off switch turns it on or pauses. The dryer is so intuitive too! My cloths finish wrinkle free and soft. It dries cloths in twice the time my old dryer did.
