I really appreciate buying Whirlpool appliances! They come in handy as I do some household chores. The whole family loves using both the washer and the dryer.

Wonderful Dryer

I've owned the Duet set for 10 years, and when the dryer quit working I went on to find another Duet dryer, I've always been happy with the product, so why not keep it in the family.

So happy we bought this stackable set! Wish we would have purchased it a year ago. The wash and dry time is very efficient and we look forward to reduced power costs because of the decreased run times.

I have only had this dryer for a couple of months but so far I highly recommend it. I have dried towels, king size blankets and delicates. It has handled them all well. I do find it a little annoying that you can't change some of the settings. Overall this is a great dryer.

Poor dealer responce

I purchased a washer&dryer on 4-13-15. Delivered on the 4-16-1 5. Did not work right from the start ,I called John Marcella whom I purchased them from on 4-21-15 was told a service man would be there on 4-23-15 between 12&4 pm. Isat in the house all afternoon & no one showed. I called Marcellas and it was reappointed for 4-24-15 the service man showed up to tell it was the pump in the machine. Marcellas ordered the part on 4-24-15. The lady on the phone said the part would be on 4-27 or 4-28. Here it is 4-30-15 at 930 am I called Marcellas and was told some would be between 10am and 2pm. No one called to let me know some one be in that time so I am lucky I had called them. I was lookihg to buy a new refrigerator & freezer at this point not WHIRLPOOL. The wash machine should of been replaced. THANKS
