This unit so far has impressed my wife and I. We had heard that WP was having problems.We bought ithe set anyway. My Grandmother and my mom had Wp products and used them for years. No problems what so ever. So I am glad that we made the choice to buy. Great customer service as well. Keep up the good work.

Broad Range of Cycle Choices on Both Machines

The range of choices is really a big bonus. We have 11 year old duets at our summer residence and they have performed superbly. So far these are even better. We especially like the high speed spin that removes so much of the wash/rinse water that the dry time is really significantly reduced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very happy with the performance of this unit. I find that I don't need all the bells and whistles that other washing machines have. The basics work just fine for me.

The dryer works great. It is quite which is a big plus because our washer and dryer are located in our entryway. The sensor dry works most of the time but sometimes you need to put the clothes back in for a few extra minutes. For the price this seems like a great buy.

Best Dryer Ever

We replaced an old Kenmore Elite dryer with this one. I like the fact it uses high wattage and has great features. The best part it please my wife which in turn pleases me.

dries fast but hate the alert bells

I like how fast it dries. But my old cheaper dryer had a button to turn off alert sounds. This one has NO button and that is ridiculous. It wasn't a lowest of the line and they made it without a button to turn off the alerts. I don't know if I would recommend it because of that.
