*PLEASE* Bring back the "medium" case.

The Page is just too bulky. I have a few "large" that I keep sunglasses in various vehicles. For vision eyewear I have multiple "Silhouette" brand glasses, which the "medium" is/was perfect!
Pros: Sounds eyewear protection
Cons: Awkward everyday usage
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Idea, but Belt Clip has Design Deficiencies.
on April 29, 2019

I have used this case for quite a while, but I have had problems with it. Firstly, I almost lost this case, containing my expensive Ray-Ban Sunglasses, a few times, when the case detached from my belt, until I finally fastened a wide elastic band to the loop at the top of the case and attached it to my belt, as a safety strap. The Belt Clip should be a Belt Loop and NOT a Belt Clip. Secondly, using ONLY One Rivet to fasten the CLIP is NOT Sufficient. There should be another Rivet at the bottom of the clip. The clip partially detached and rotated 360 degrees on the rivet, and I had to glue the clip to the case, using my hot glue gun, on two separate occasions, because the glue did not permanently adhere to the Rubberized Surface of the Case.

My style of glasses case

I like things that are intelligently designed, well made and different. This case has all those. A reviewer on another site said it was big enough to fit safety glasses. I'm a carpenter and my safety glasses, even the dollar store ones don't fit. It is roomy though. I put a regular pair of reading glasses and my phone, which measures 5 1/4" x 2 1/8" x 3/8" in there, thereby replacing two separate cases that I had for each of those items. I can also fit in two pairs of regular glasses not the big fancy ones, just the regular ones. It is perfect for expensive sunglasses because it is rigid but not too rigid it still has a bit of pliability to it and the inside is like a soft velvet and the outside has a bit of a rubbery texture. I had a bit of a struggle trying to get it off the cardboard it came on but now I see why. It can hook onto my back pack and it can't come off because of a little extra hook on the belt clip. For hunters, hikers etc it slips onto molle real easy but won't come off until you unhook it cause it sorta locks on, (buy one you'll see). Besides glasses you can put other things in it. All in all I think it's a great case and I'm very happy with my purchase I also bought a whole bunch of those hooks you guys make which are on the way to me this week.

Too big

Too big. Needs to be smaller and more than one rivet holding the belt clip on.

Medium/SMall version was great - lasted >7 years..

Please please please reconsider bringing back the smaller version. I saw the spokesperson comment that it was not rugged enough, but mine lasted 7+ years attached to my keys (so LOTS of usage/wear-and-tear). The Large is just huge - so much bigger than any potential set of glasses.

Not Perfect, But I keep buying them.

I need reading glasses, and I always want to carry a pair that I can reach easily. Years ago I bought the smaller version of the hard-shell optics case, but I'm not sure that I would prefer that case now.
I have found that I can carry TWO pairs of regular glasses in this one, large, case. And I can place each pair in the little cloth bag/case that came with the glasses. Yes, sometimes I temporarily lose one of the pairs, and sometimes my wife wants to borrow a pair at the same time that I need them. So I have "a pair and a spare"!
I've worn these cases on my belt every day for several years. Sometimes I am rough on them, like the times that I cut down trees with a chain saw and cut up the brush for chipping. For whatever reason, I end up with about one year before they break. Usually the back clip breaks after a few months. So then I use the cloth loop that sticks out of the top. Surprisingly, this lasts longer than the clip, for me.
And when that loop breaks, I usually buy another Nite Ize Case.
I haven't found another case that works as well. Twenty times a day, fifty times a day, I reach into the case and pull out a pair of glasses. From the TOP of the case. With ONE hand. (I don't usually zip the top closed.) Without taking the case off my belt or belt loop.
That's why I keep buying them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
