I have been using these (4 on each wheel) for over a year when I commute on my bicycle to work. I have gotten many good comments. They are very durable, and easy to install or remove. Keeps the rider safer than just tail and headlights. Batteries are easy to change when low.

We have these on all of our bicycles. Daughter has rainbow, son & I red in rear and green in front. I commute by bike to work in the early morning, and these are a key component of making my presence highly visible to drivers; they can be seen from a ways, and they look cool.
Pros: Highly visible at night/twilight., Two modes of activity., Variety of colors.
Cons: Battery cover can be tricky to remove., Button difficult for small children to depress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wheel light is easy to install on your bike spokes (you don't need tools or anything), and the LED light is bright. I like how you can choose your color but I usually leave it in color-changing mode (it's just more fun). I definitely feel more safe while riding at night.

I just received my new SpokeLit Wheel Lights and I'm ecstatic. This is my second set and they are even better than the first set I purchased several years ago. The colors are vibrant and the lights are very easy to mount on the wheels. Best of all, they make my highly visible on my night-time bike rides.

cons: no battery level indicator, no warning of shutoff (a bit prehistoric in that regard.
suggestion: add a tiny bit of silicon grease to the spoke when you put these on, so they are easy to pop on and off, since that is a frequent necessity. Otherwise, they are vexingly difficult to put on the spokes.
