Great Customer Service

I bought this watch band a few weeks ago and it was amazing quality and very cute. I was sad that I couldn’t get the band to fit quite right as after I purchased it I did some changes to make it small enough for my wrist, but on the smallest setting it was too small and I couldn’t expand it more without having to add a large side and make my band too large again. I emailed the company’s customer service asking if I could be mailed one extra link to make my band fit perfectly and they replied the very next day with yes. Now I have a perfectly fitting band. I have never been stunned so much by customer service. Exceptional service!

Great band, but poor watch tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The band is actually pretty decent. It's very nice, clean looking, and a decent weight. It attaches to the watch easy enough. However, the tool that it comes with is poor quality. I broke the pin tool trying to take out the second pin. It's very difficult to line it up correctly so it's possible I wasn't attached right, but I still think the tool isn't as strong as it needs to be in order to push the pins out successfully. I had to default to another watch tool I had from previous bands that were much better strength. While it worked, it was still difficult to push the pins through - more than I'm used to. That being said, once you get past the point of sizing it appropriately, the watch band is really nice and worth it.

Good band

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great replacement band for my iphone watch. That quality of the band is great. There are lots of good leather and rubber band, this adds to take with metal. It's durable and blends good with black iphone watches.

Seems like it will last awhile. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice watch band.

Love the band

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent quality band that's quite easy to attach to the Apple watch. It's got a nice weight to it, weighing about 78 grams. That being said, the tool that comes with is rather cheaply made. It will get the job done, however. Do note that the instructions manual and the warranty registration slip is located at the bottom of the package and could be easily missed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking band. The graphite color is a decent match with my space gray SE. The finish is electroplated, so I hope it holds up over time. The included sizing tool is a little cumbersome, but gets the job done.

I like the silicone band that came with it but wanted a change, and this one is a metal link so it’s perfect. It’s a little heavy but I love the fact that it came with the device to take links out. Overall I recommend this product.
